Manton Series 5 pushrods are made from 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing. Series 5 pushrods provide approximately 270,000 psi tensile strength, and are not hardened or use with pushrod guide plates.

  • Mainly used in Cup, Top Fuel, Pro Stock, Pro Modified, Blown Alcohol, Pulling Tractor, Sprint Car, Offshore Marine, and LS Series
  • 1/2 to 7/16 Diameter x .120 Wall_Single Taper
  • Not recommended for use with hardened guide plates, shaft or pedestal rockers only
  • Variety of tips available in 8620, H-13 or Copper Alloy Insert Cup
  • Provides 270,000 psi tensile strength
  • 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing processed for excellent wear resistance/durability.
  • Proprietary heat treated to create a tube that has straightness memory with a hardness of 42 to 46 Rockwell
  • Wide range of tip styles available
