Ford 438 Windsor Short Blocks

VPE Short Blocks are available for the 9.500 4.000 Stroke, 4.125 Bore platform, tuned to suit your desired performance range. Vigilante Series are complimented by a Dart 4.125 bore SHP block along with 4.100 stroke 4340 forged steel crankshafts, Internally Balanced, H-Beam 4340 forged steel connecting rods, and 2618-t6 forged pistons.

VPE Vindicator Series feature an Dart Iron Eagle block, lightweight 4340 crankshaft, Molnar H-Beam connecting rods, and custom 2618-t6 forged pistons.

Stock block and cast crank units are available for those that request them. Also, cylinder head and attendant components are available, along with custom designed camshafts, to round out your VPE performance engine.
