428 cubic inch Cleveland engine kits are based on 4.125 bore engine block and a 4.000 stroker crankshaft. Larger camshafts and enhanced fuel systems are a good addition to complement the increased capability. Use of 4.125 (minimum) bore aftermarket block is required. Custom combinations are also available for specialized applications.
